The specialist will navigate systems and provide customer service in accordance with established quality expectations and service philosophy. The call center operates Monday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (EST), with a training schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (EST).
