About The Position

The Associate Credit Analyst will analyze financial data, formulate recommendations with appropriate credit structures for risk mitigation, and communicate findings effectively. This role involves entering and retrieving credit application information, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely review of transactions and credit facilities. The position also requires participation in special credit-related projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Proficient in Microsoft office series (excel, word, outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Works well within a team oriented, fast paced culture
• Sense of discretion and willingness to maintain strict confidentiality of pertinent and sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, including bank statements, balance sheets, statements of cash flows, business and personal credit reports.
• Formulate recommendations with appropriate credit structures to provide effective risk mitigation.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations through strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enter, update and retrieve information for credit applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address appropriate credit issues.
• Build relationships with customers and various departments within the organization.
• Ensure timely review of assigned transactions and credit facilities for new requests.
• Special credit related projects as needed.
