As a Technical Creator Insights Associate, you will be crucial in helping Roblox make faster, data-informed decisions by supporting systems that surface creator insights, including strategic research and user feedback. This highly cross-functional, technical-leaning role is positioned between Creator Insights, Developer Relations, and product/engineering teams. Your primary function will be to transform raw qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear narratives and actionable problem statements, maintaining and improving the workflows, tooling, and reporting that drive forward high-priority creator platform requests.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or similar roles driving cross-functional workstreams.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and keep complex efforts organized.
A technical aptitude, with comfort working alongside engineering teams and quickly learning creator tools and workflows.
The ability to rapidly understand or learn Roblox Studio and other game/creation tools.
Familiarity with basic data tools like spreadsheets and dashboards, with SQL or Airtable knowledge being a plus.
Demonstrated strength in synthesizing messy, ambiguous input into structured problem statements and frameworks.
Strong written communication skills for creating clear, concise documents for both individual contributors and executives.
Genuine interest in the Roblox creator ecosystem and a strong motivation to reduce friction in creator workflows.
A track record of building trust and influencing cross-functional partners without formal authority.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Developer Relations, creator/community programs, game development, or platform/SaaS environments.
Hands-on experience as a Roblox creator or with other game engines/tools.
Prior work with insights, research, or analytics teams, especially in designing taxonomies, scoring rubrics, or feedback mechanisms.
Familiarity with Jira, Airtable, or other workflow/issue-tracking tools used for bugs, feature requests, or roadmap management.

Responsibilities

Provide program support for core workstreams like the Community Feedback Program and Creator Needs prioritization.
Help manage DevForum creator bugs and feature request workflows, ensuring issues are organized and linked to owners.
Design, maintain, and improve the systems for capturing, deduplicating, and tracking creator needs across all sources.
Synthesize qualitative feedback, survey data, and platform metrics into coherent, cross-source narratives.
Turn fragmented input into concise, well-structured briefs and summaries for leadership and partner teams.
Facilitate recurring reviews with product and engineering stakeholders focused on status, milestones, and tradeoffs.
Ensure priority issues have clear owners, a path forward, and visibility into changes like delays or scope shifts.
Identify gaps in feedback collection/routing, then propose and help implement process or tooling improvements.
