The Associate, Creative Operations supports the Entertainment design team, producers, and creative leadership within the Creative Studio by organizing, tracking, and maintaining visibility into the creative workload across MSG Entertainment brands. Partnering with creative leads and internal stakeholders, this role ensures creative requests are accurately documented, properly routed, and actively monitored through completion while maintaining clean project data and supporting consistent intake and workflow practices to create clarity for designers, producers, and stakeholders. Working closely with Creative Operations function, the Associate also contributes to process standardization and continuous improvement while building a strong foundation in creative operations within a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in project coordination, creative operations, marketing support or a related field with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.
  • Proficient within project management platforms such as Airtable or similar tools.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and internal stakeholders to support creative work
  • A systems-oriented mindset and interest in learning new tools and leveraging technology to improve process and workflow efficiency.
  • Ability to travel to MSG venues and various locations in the tri state area as needed.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours inclusive of nights, weekends, and holidays due to the schedule of the teams, concerts and events

Responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day operations support for the Entertainment design team, producers, and creative leadership.
  • Assist in managing and monitoring creative intake, ensuring requests are complete, clearly documented, and aligned with established workflows.
  • Interface with internal department representatives to confirm scope details, required information and timing expectations.
  • Collaborate with creative leads maintaining visibility into active project status and shifting priorities.
  • Assist in maintaining Project Management tool Airtable records, dashboards, and reporting views, working with producers, stakeholders and creatives to ensure required project information is entered accurately and kept up to date for real-time workload tracking.
  • Assist in routing briefs, creative reviews, and approvals through defined processes.
  • Support data tracking and reporting that illustrates volume of work, share of work assigned across brands, and creative roles/disciplines.
  • Assist in identifying gaps or inconsistencies in project tracking and proactively resolve or escalate as appropriate.
  • Partner with Creative Operations team to align workflows and contribute to continuous process improvement.
