This role will manage the Production team and work closely with Creative to ensure Marketing campaigns are successful.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a project management role.
  • Knowledge of project management best practices, PMP certified preferred.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, knowledge with Monday preferred.
  • Must be extremely well organized, work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver.
  • Self-motivator with good initiative.
  • Experience meeting multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Creative Department and VP of Marketing to develop and maintain the integrated marketing calendar, providing visibility across pre- and post-production schedules, launch dates, and key marketing milestones.
  • Manage the launch of creative campaigns, ensuring static and digital campaigns are launched on time.
  • Lead the production team, managing schedules and confirming on-location production needs are met.
  • Marketing representative for outsourced creative talent, including but not limited to artists, producers, photographers, videographers, and athletes.
  • Approve contracts, invoices, and production expenses, ensuring projects are completed at or below budgets.
  • Recommend and develop new processes to increase successful communication and operations.
  • Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
  • Travels up to 10% of scheduled shifts.
  • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
  • Adheres to local, state and federal laws.
  • Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
  • Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations.
