About the role: CHANEL is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Manager to join our Creative Operations team in New York. Reporting to the Group Director of Creative Operations for F&B, you will lead the end-to-end execution of selected campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery and alignment with both global and local brand strategies. As a manager you will oversee complex campaign lifecycles, optimize processes, and foster collaboration across a variety of cross-functional partners such as Trade marketing, brand management, procurement and development, and the visual merchandising teams. Our ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and a passion for Beauty, in-store activations, timelines, and process improvements. What impact you can create at CHANEL: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of select campaigns, acting as the central point of coordination between creative, marketing, production and global. Serve as a thought manager, challenging briefs and processes where necessary to ensure alignment with CHANEL’s artistic vision, global guidelines, and business goals. Lead project briefings, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure clear communication throughout each project lifecycle. Oversee multiple, concurrent projects with complex requirements, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and consistent quality. Spearhead the development and deployment of in-store animation and Point-of-Sale campaigns, managing extended timelines and cross-team collaboration. Supports artistic direction for locally created event and digital initiatives. Allocate resources and manage workloads within the team to maximize productivity and project outcomes. Develop and present year-over-year campaign analysis and reports, using insights to anticipate future needs and inform strategic planning. Partner with the Group Director on key PMO (Project Management Office) initiatives, implementing tools and processes to drive team performance.
