We are looking for a strategic, globally minded Associate Creative Director to lead and scale Peloton’s creative footprint across the US and our key international markets, including the UK, Germany, and Australia. You will be the architect of campaigns that bridge the gap between global brand vision and local cultural relevance. In this role, you’ll champion high-impact creative expression, ensuring our voice remains cohesive worldwide while hitting home with every member, regardless of their geography. You will partner closely with regional marketing leads, creative strategists, our creative voice/tone team, and cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful creative campaigns that build brand love, increase engagement, and support key business objectives across multiple markets. You’ll be responsible for translating global brand strategies into market-specific creative ideas, adapting concepts for cultural nuance and relevance, and overseeing all creative output from concept to execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative leader who combines conceptual thinking with cultural empathy—someone who can craft authentic stories that connect with the diverse lives of our members around the world. This role reports directly to the Creative Director.
