As an Associate Creative Director (ACD), you will lead campaign development for one of our brands within The Shop. This role is about making the work better. Better ideas. Simpler storytelling. Stronger execution. You’ll lead creative teams through the ideation and production process while helping push the work past the expected and into something people care about. You know how to take a solid brief and turn it into sharp, compelling campaign ideas. You’re comfortable leading brainstorms, giving direct feedback, presenting work, and helping teams navigate the messy middle between concept and execution. You know how to push for stronger creative without losing sight of the strategy, the audience, or the realities of the business. You build trust with teams and stakeholders because you know how to advocate for the work. This role requires a player/coach who’s comfortable shaping the work, mentoring teams, and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
