About The Position

The Associate Creative Director – Digital Experience leads the execution of digital-first creative experiences across eCommerce, lifecycle, and paid channels. This role connects strategic intent to high-quality digital execution, ensuring customer experiences are visually compelling, brand-right, and performance-driven. The role balances hands-on creative leadership with team mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in digital-focused creative roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital execution and customer-facing experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading or mentoring designers preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital best practices, accessibility, and performance considerations
  • Retail, eCommerce, or lifestyle brand experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital creative execution across email, site experiences, paid media, and social platforms
  • Translate campaign concepts into effective digital storytelling and customer journeys
  • Partner with Lifecycle, Media, UX, and Technology teams to optimize digital experiences
  • Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and coaching to designers
  • Ensure digital work meets brand standards, usability expectations, and performance goals
  • Manage multiple workstreams across timelines, revisions, and priorities
  • Support testing, iteration, and optimization of creative performance
