About The Position

Work closely with the CCO, Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to implement the vision and direction for the client and team. Partner with a Copywriter to come up with killer TV, social and digital campaigns. Working with some of the best brands on the planet, and doing it from Knoxville, TN. Coming up with ideas no one on earth has thought of. Sell those ideas and create breakthrough TV, social, and digital work. Own Projects. Take pride in your work. Present work to clients and senior leadership with confidence and pizazz. Work on everything from high-level brand concepting and ideation to daily executions because that’s showbiz baby.

• Experience leading teams and owning client relationships
