Associate Counsel- Corporate, Commercial & Real Estate Law
About The Position
We're looking for an established lawyer in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law to join us as Associate Counsel. This isn't a traditional associate role — you'd be bringing your own book of business and running it independently, while we take care of the infrastructure, admin, and overhead that usually eats into a lawyer's time. If you already work with a support person or assistant, we're happy to talk about bringing them on board too. You operate your own practice under a management fee model — full autonomy over your files and clients, backed by our firm's resources.
Requirements
- At least 3 years practicing law in BC
- An established, independent practice with your own client base
- Experience in corporate, commercial, or real estate law (or some combination of the three)
- Someone who wants more time practicing law and less time on the business of running a practice

Responsibilities
- Bring your own book of business and run it independently.
