Requirements

Juris Doctorate J.D. Degree from a recognized and accredited law school.
Must be admitted to practice law in the state of New York, required.
Possess a minimum of 10 years legal experience with a focus on labor and employment matters (including administrative and judicial proceedings), required.
Deposition experience required.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and oral communication, litigation and negotiation skills, required.
Driver's License Required

Litigation experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted legal advisor on the Company's compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, regulations, and requirements, including EEO, traditional labor, OSHA and health and safety, leave, wage and hour, prevailing wage, and immigration matters.
Represent the Company in state and federal court, before EEO agencies and the NLRB, while partnering with Company leadership to provide strategic counsel on a broad range of labor and employment law issues.
Play an integral role in the negotiation, administration, and implementation of the Company's labor agreements, helping shape outcomes that support both the business and its workforce.
