Lyft is seeking a pragmatic and self-motivated employment attorney with over 4 years of experience in employment counseling and litigation. This role will provide legal advice primarily to the Employee Relations and People teams globally. The ideal candidate will have experience with federal and state anti-discrimination/harassment/retaliation laws, preferably including California law. Prior in-house or seconded technology company experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be an entrepreneurial and resourceful self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, skilled at building relationships, and interested in supporting a global workforce.
