About The Position

Triple Whale is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its growing legal team and play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s commercial operations. As the second legal hire, this position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to help shape the legal infrastructure as Triple Whale scales. In this role, the Associate Corporate Counsel will work directly with business teams to manage the full lifecycle of customer and vendor relationships. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements—such as SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, and vendor contracts—while maintaining key contract records and supporting data privacy compliance. The role also involves developing internal legal resources, responding to legal requests from various teams, and assisting with corporate governance and product-related legal matters. Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing of the New York bar (or eligible for in-house registration).
  • At least two years of legal experience.
  • Exposure to commercial transactions, technology agreements, or general corporate work.
  • Strong drafting skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
