Requirements
- 3 – 6 years experience from a private law firm
- Solid drafting skills
- Experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, governance, regulatory compliance and securities
- Public company experience required
- Team player with strong analytical, personal, oral and written communication skills
