Under the direction of the Supervisor, Food Production, the Associate Cook is responsible for simple-step food preparation, tray line setup, and serving, as well as short order cooking of foods for patients, catering, or retail food service customers. The role acts in a manner that supports patient food safety, customer satisfaction, and departmental goals, and performs other duties as assigned.
