About The Position

Support the CI manager/team in the development of a CI (Lean and Six Sigma) vision for a customer or department, and the strategy deployment plans and continuous improvement activities to deliver that strategy. Learn the Lean fundamentals through training and participating in CI activities. The employee works under a high degree of supervision and requires direction on how CI assignments are to be executed.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Yearly CI activities plan and ensure that project goals are met.
• Participant in the Gemba (Go and See) activities.
• Perform weekly Improvement Activities, and Provides the suggestion to the Kaizen team.
• Participate in process improvement based CI workshops. Example:, Internal Kaizen Workshop and VSM.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis Tool.
• Perform Daily Improvement Activity with area owner.
• Design Line Balancing for process improvement.
• Drive new ideas for improvement solutions with all area owners.
