About The Position

The Associate Consultant Development Program at Charles River Development (CRD) hires, trains, and retains new Associate Consultants. Based in the Implementation organization at the Burlington, Massachusetts headquarters, the program consists of two rotations over approximately 12 months. Associates generally work with Technical Support and Product Management teams, complete product, technical, and company training, and receive a direct mentor. The program introduces early-career colleagues to client-services business problems and prepares them for a full-time Implementation Consultant (IC) or Technical Implementation Consultant (TIC) role. Upon completion, Associates move into a full-time IC or TIC consulting position. In the Associate Consultant Rotational Program, participants provide technical assistance and, under an Implementation Manager’s direct supervision, support implementation work including requirements gathering, documentation, workflow analysis and design, configuration, test-case development, unit testing, and prototyping. Associates contribute to full-cycle implementation projects, shadow implementation or upgrade projects, investigate software issues, respond to customer inquiries, and develop knowledge of specified application modules and technical implementation skills.
