About The Position

This position is in Cargill's Food Enterprise, which is committed to serving food manufacturers, food service customers, and retailers with a complete range of innovative ingredients and branded products. The portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa, and chocolate. The Associate Professional, Data & Analytics Reporting job collects, processes, and analyzes routine datasets to generate actionable insights and builds detailed reports and dashboards using specific tools. With close supervision, this job assists cross-functional teams to support data accuracy and integrity by performing basic data and statistical analysis using various programming languages. This job assists with the effective presentation of data findings to partners to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • No minimum years of relevant experience required. Typically reflects 2 years or more of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collects, processes, prepares, and analyzes routine datasets to extract significant insights and maintain automated reporting systems to streamline data analysis.
  • Supports the implementation of detailed reports and dashboards using various tools, assists the design and completes data visualizations to communicate basic data clearly.
  • Assists with statistical analysis execution to collaborate with the team on trends, patterns, and anomalies identification in data using basic statistical software and programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Collaborates with the team to improve data collection and reporting processes using standard methodologies for data management and reporting.
  • Assists the team with multi-functional teams requirements in support of data needs, value opportunities and delivers solutions to help ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Conducts basic data analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for decision making.
  • Performs routine reports and analyses in support of the accuracy, consistency, and security of data.
