About The Position
SoftPro is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-driven problem solver to join their Business Services Team. This position is based in Raleigh, NC (hybrid), or as a remote employee. In this position, the Associate Configuration Specialist will play a key role in delivering customized solutions that make a real impact for customers. The role involves configuring, testing, and optimizing SoftPro Select, partnering with Implementation Specialists for seamless project delivery, leading product demos, gathering requirements, scoping projects, tracking progress, managing custom client solutions from concept to completion, maintaining project documentation, and improving processes and creating customer resources.
Requirements
- 4+ years in real estate closings/escrow (non-negotiable)
- Deep experience with SoftPro Select, including formulas
- Strong organization, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Solid Excel skills
