About The Position

Gulfstream is seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Associate Compliance Auditor Talent Acquisition to support and audit hiring practices across our highly regulated aerospace environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all recruitment, screening, and onboarding activities meet federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, including DOT drug & alcohol testing requirements governed by the FAA. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, deep attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring fair, compliant, and audit-ready hiring processes, for safety-sensitive aviation roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Basic understanding of requirements.
  • Basic user of PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel, Outlook and development software.
  • Good organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and team work skills.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within field.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of the pre-hire onboarding process to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Review and verify employment documentation for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate retention.
  • Identify gaps or deficiencies in the onboarding process and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory and employment laws and incorporate them into the onboarding process as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HRIT, People team, Medical, Security Background Services, and other relevant departments to address compliance-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of audit findings, recommendations, and actions taken.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing audit results and present them to management and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Supports candidate onboarding as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
