The Associate Compensation Analyst is responsible for field (restaurant) compensation delivery for approximately 900 equity restaurants, which includes timely bonus plan administration, minimum wage monitoring and issue resolution, assisting with survey participation/market analysis, and delivery of year-end compensation activities (salary planning, annual bonus payouts, etc). In this role you will report into the Total Rewards Business Partner (TRBP) – Taco Bell & Habit Burger, which has the majority of the equity restaurants. As the Associate Compensation Analyst you will also work closely with the broader Yum Total Rewards teams, Division/Brand People & Culture teams, HRIT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure best-in-class execution of our programs.
