We are seeking an entry-level engineer with interest in one or more of the following areas: Systems engineering and design, RF communications, Networking, Signal processing, Software development, Lab testing, Modeling and Simulation, Familiarity with AI tools and workflows, such as AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, or API integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance
  • U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience developing technical reports, presentations, and/or production-quality code
  • Experience with systems engineering processes for communication systems, including requirements development and review, verification and validation, end-to-end architecture analysis, and link budget analysis
  • Experience with agile software development and object-oriented programming, scripting, and/or simulation tools such as C/C++, Java, Python, or MATLAB
  • Experience with signal/waveform development
  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and system-of-systems architecture frameworks such as Cameo/MSOSA
  • Experience with SDR platforms and RF test equipment such as USRP, spectrum analyzers, vector signal analyzers, and channel emulators

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and government stakeholders
