Institutional Securities Group (ISG) Product Operations encompasses two functionally aligned organizations. The first, Trading & Client Operations, provides Operations functions in direct support of activity executed by Institutional Sales &Trading. The second, Clearing Operations, provides Operations functions in direct support for activity cleared by Morgan Stanley on behalf of our clients in Prime Brokerage, Listed Derivatives, and OTC Derivatives. The broad organization partners closely with Sales and Trading to develop and implement new products and services as well as drive efficiency and reduce risk in our processes. At all times we are focused on delivering quality service to clients both internal and external. ISG Product Operations partners closely with Shared Services and Banking Operations as well as Branch Operations and Operations Risk & Control to deliver a connected 'front to back' view of operations to ISG Sales and Trading. Read on… What you'll do in the role: The Commodities Trade Support group provides operational coverage to trading of physical and financial commodities, including Power, Natural Gas, Oil, Metals and Index products. An Associate in Commodity Operations is integral to identifying and managing Firm risk through oversight of trade capture, inventory reconciliation, bespoke margin, settlement of complex and structured transactions, regulatory reporting and support for new products. Throughout the life of a trade, a Commodities professional will face-off directly with sales and trading as well have regular interaction with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Non-Market Risk, Technology and other infrastructure groups. The team is currently expanding to support business growth and an ambitious technology renovation agenda. What you'll bring to the Role:

Bachelor's degree required
Three years or more of experience in financial industry
