About The Position

The Associate Cloud Engineer manages and maintains cloud computing systems to support their efficiency, security, and reliability. The role provides technical support and troubleshooting, and works with other teams to optimize cloud-based applications and services. The position is hybrid, with in-office days on Wednesday and Thursday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in cloud support or a related field.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work environments.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
• Provide customer support for cloud systems and applications, resolving technical issues promptly.
• Work with IT teams, developers, and system administrators to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions.
• Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud systems.
• Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of cloud systems and services.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect cloud infrastructure.
