The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) contributes to account sales, service, and support activities for Natera’s Oncology products. The role focuses on supporting patient adherence to the prescribed testing cadence to help improve outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and test fulfillment, and helping customers use internal systems and processes effectively. The ACOS cultivates and maintains customer relationships and partners with internal teams to support Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing accounts. The position covers Northwest Houston and surrounding areas, including The Woodlands, Texas Medical Center, Memorial City, College Station, and Cypress. Duties are typically performed in medical offices or hospital settings and include 25–50% travel. Work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends, may sometimes be required. The role requires a relevant clinical or medical sales background, strong communication and organizational skills, comfort with data and reporting tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commission; the first-year on-target earnings range is $110,000–$130,000. The position is also eligible for a car allowance program, Restricted Stock Units, and Natera’s benefits and Total Rewards programs.
