We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Clinical Director to support our clinical leadership team across California. The Associate Clinical Director plays a critical leadership role in supporting the oversight of ABA and developmental services, ensuring high-quality clinical care, and driving positive outcomes for individuals served. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Regional Clinical Director and ensuring effective oversight of clinical operations across programs and service locations. Working closely with senior leadership, this position will provide supervision to BCBAs and RBTs, assist with program development, and ensure consistency in treatment implementation across all service settings.
