Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative and analytical field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role.
  • Two (2) years of experience analyzing large data sets of 10,000+ lines and synthesizing into key themes or action items.
  • Two (2) years of experience analyzing data and configuring operational metrics through one of the following self-service tools: Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Data Warehousing, Defensive Design Methods and RPA robotics.
  • Two (2) years of experience working on multiple, time-sensitive projects in partnership with global teams and cross-functions, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
  • Two (2) years of experience identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (including "Know Your Customer" (KYC) regulations), defining and implementing business policies, and overseeing critical workflows such as account opening.
  • Two (2) years of experience engaging with institutional clients, fostering relationships, coordinating trading activities, managing client data quality, and collaborating with engineering teams to understand specific trading strategies, determine individual needs, and design and implement system improvements for efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights for process improvement, cost reduction, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and employee productivity.
  • Engage in client service and relationship support.
  • Manage operational risk and oversight for the firm's account opening workflow and processes.
  • Identify and manage potential risks in daily business operations and implement controls to mitigate them.
  • Work with Compliance to define and implement firm policies and controls.

  • Escalate potential relationship issues and devise possible resolutions.
  • Ensure due diligence is performed to comply with "Know Your Customer" regulations.
