About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting Creative projects for medium-low complexity accounts/projects with manager support. The position requires strong process and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple, competing deadlines. The Associate will build an understanding of Creative capabilities, solutions, and analytic methods, and will begin to support timeline management and communication with Ops teams. Responsibilities include KAP setup/link testing for medium-low complexity accounts/projects, observing on higher-complexity projects as opportunities allow, and supporting the development of questionnaires, sample designs, and analytic plans for medium-low complexity accounts/projects (observing for high-complexity). The role also involves actively seeking opportunities to support proposal development, participating in client design and questionnaire discussions with supervision, and supporting data analysis and first report drafts for medium-low complexity projects, working towards fully owning low-complexity drafts. The Associate will read verbatims, review dashboards, notify clients when both are ready, and proactively develop dashboard demonstration skills. Additionally, the role includes helping with presentation development, proactively identifying and participating in issue resolution, supporting communication with KMP PMs on medium-low complexity projects, and observing communications with Operations (DP, DD, Coding) on higher-complexity projects. The Associate will serve as a go-to for new team members, actively participate in training, and make suggestions for program improvement. Ownership of skill-building through training, asking questions, and supporting team members is expected. The role emphasizes optimizing delivery efficiency without sacrificing quality, challenging the status quo, and looking for opportunities to improve and automate processes. The Associate will manage the quality of work and collaborate with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes, following solution and industry best practices, and performing in-depth quality checks. The role also aims to create an inclusive and positive environment and culture, and attend ERG/social community meetings/activities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience or strong internships / MMR programs; market research experience preferred with exposure to quantitative methodologies.
  • Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., data management / cross tab and other proprietary tools).
  • Strong detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple work streams and among multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem-solving.
  • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and ability to take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines.
