Requirements

3+ years of relevant, client-service-oriented experience in a high-volume environment.
Intermediate computer skills with a strong ability to learn new systems and interpret basic property documentation from varied sources.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to connect data points from multiple sources and resolve complex issues.
Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and armed with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A collaborative mindset demonstrated by ethical conduct, accountability, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Analyze & Resolve: Research missing data and utilize advanced tools to query, manipulate, and synthesize property-related information.
Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional, accurate service to higher-tiered clients in a high-volume setting, adhering to all Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Manage Workflows: Manage assigned inventory and prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily deadlines without unnecessary interruptions.
Drive Improvement: Actively participate in cross-training, mentorship, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax Search focus area.
