About The Position

The Associate Client Implementation Manager is responsible for managing standard deployments of PG Forsta solutions, primarily with mid-market healthcare clients. This role provides hands-on project ownership while building experience in client-facing project management. Associates ensure client onboarding projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals. They act as primary contact for defined projects, supporting client readiness and coordinating across internal teams. This role is an important steppingstone toward full ownership of complex enterprise implementations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing project coordination, healthcare operations, or SaaS implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare provider organizations and multi-stakeholder environments is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage standard client onboarding projects for mid-market clients.
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams to execute configurations, data integrations, and product deployments.
• Identify project risks and issues early and collaborate with supervisors on resolution strategies.
• Provide clear, proactive communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support clients in understanding workflows, product configurations, and training pathways.
• Maintain accurate project plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements by sharing feedback and supporting team initiatives.
• Build foundational expertise in healthcare client environments, Qualtrics products, and implementation methodology.
