Stevens Foster is seeking an Associate Client Account Manager to join their long-term advisor pipeline. The first six months will involve intensive training, working closely with experienced advisors, gaining exposure to client conversations, and developing the skills necessary for independent client relationship management. Unlike many advisory roles, this position is heavily focused on tax-aware financial planning, requiring regular interaction with client tax returns and the ability to connect tax concepts to planning and investment decisions. This is a development path into a client-facing, tax-aware advisory role within a structured, team-based firm, not a back-office or sales position.
