About The Position

HealthSource Chiropractic of Lubbock is seeking a high-energy and super-friendly Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This is a fast-paced, upbeat Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic focused on helping patients recover through various therapies including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, massage, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. They welcome new graduates and those with at least two years of experience, including those who have previously owned their own practice. The clinic emphasizes training and support in all areas of practice success, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is outgoing, eager to engage with the community, enthusiastic, ambitious, coachable, and possesses excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics
  • At least two years of experience
  • Previous experience owning a practice

Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical operations of the clinic
  • Perform community outreach
  • Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
  • Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
  • Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
  • Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary.
  • Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
  • Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
  • Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
