About The Position

HealthSource Chiropractic of Manassas is seeking a high-energy and friendly Associate Chiropractor to join their team. This is a fast-paced, upbeat Chiropractic and Progressive Rehab clinic dedicated to helping patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love through chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, sports therapy, laser therapy, massage, orthotics, nutrition, and wellness products. The ideal candidate is outgoing, eager to get involved in the community, enthusiastic, ambitious, and willing to learn. This individual must be coachable with excellent communication skills. The staff is upbeat and highly motivated, and having fun at work is necessary to be a part of the team. The clinic trains and supports in every area of practice success, practicing a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics, all with the focus of providing better patient outcomes. New graduates are welcome, as are doctors with at least two years of experience or those who have previously owned their own practice and realize the value of a team.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of basic chiropractic equipment
  • 0-1 YEAR OF experience
  • New Grads may apply

Nice To Haves

  • Doctors with at least two years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical operations of the clinic
  • Perform community outreach
  • Build referral relationships with businesses and other healthcare providers
  • Perform consults with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients.
  • Evaluate patients using chiropractic diagnosis, functional movement assessments, and examination procedures to assess neuro-muscular and spine-related conditions.
  • Perform Chiropractic adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculo-skeletal system, where necessary.
  • Practice a variety of therapeutic modalities including chiropractic, progressive rehab, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, nutritional support, and custom orthotics.
  • Educate patients on the quality of life and benefits of chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment.
  • Maintain accurate case histories of patients.
  • Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
