About The Position
This role is for an Associate in Central Sales, responsible for providing quotes, reviewing technical configurations, and supporting program managers on large RFQ/proposal efforts. The position also involves maintaining quote and opportunity information, providing technical support to customers and dealers, leading product demonstrations, and assisting with customer visits. Additionally, the role requires obtaining delivery schedule requests for contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field or have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide quotes/responses/proformas on RFQs.
- Review all quotes for technical configuration compatibility with attention to part no. obsolescence.
- Assist program manager on large RFQ’s/proposal efforts.
- Ensure all quotes and opportunities are successfully maintained with pricing and shipping date information from inception to booking.
- Provide technical support/answers to customers and dealers technical requests.
- Product demonstration lead for international demonstrations.
- Assist in hosting customers visiting Rochester for Sales and Program efforts.
- Obtain delivery schedule requests from B&P for contractual delivery obligations.
