About The Position

As NFM’s Associate Category Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor displays, supporting the buying function, ensuring products are tagged accurately and assisting in marketing preparations.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 1-year customer contact with internal or external customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, drug screen and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales floor tags daily and properly tag with new or replacement tags.
• Assist with product conformance to condition and operational requirements.
• Double check that point of sale vendor information is maintained.
• Coordinate communication of all pertinent ad information to necessary parties.
• Maintain reporting related to ad and promotional performance.
