As NFM’s Associate Category Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the sales floor displays, supporting the buying function, ensuring products are tagged accurately and assisting in marketing preparations. Requirements

• 1-year customer contact with internal or external customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Computer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, drug screen and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• 1-2 years merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain the sales floor displays
• Support the buying function
• Ensure products are tagged accurately
• Assist in marketing preparations
• Monitor sales floor tags daily and properly tag with new or replacement tags
• Assist with product conformance to condition and operational requirements
• Double check that point of sale vendor information is maintained
• Coordinate communication of all pertinent ad information to necessary parties
• Maintain reporting related to ad and promotional performance
