About The Position

As an Associate Buyer, you will assist in sourcing and procuring quality goods at reasonable prices. You will help ensure timely product delivery to support the sales team and maintain inventory accuracy. The position also involves monitoring purchasing performance using measures such as price competitiveness, spend under management, stock-outs due to procurement, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of business, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of stock replenishment routines.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to analyze data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other purchasing software.
• Solid communication skills.
• Ability to work hard, take action with minimal planning, and seize opportunities.
• Ability to negotiate skillfully with internal and external groups while preserving relationships and gaining trust.
• Collaborative approach, including seeking input, listening, working across functions, and building trusting relationships through transparency and integrity.
