About The Position

Invenergy is North America’s largest privately held developer, owner, and operator of power infrastructure. Headquartered in Chicago, we develop, own, and operate large scale projects that power communities and support the energy future. Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development, or related field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and the Microsoft Power Apps platform
  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Demonstrated experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in project management, change management, and process improvement methodologies, such as; Lean Six Sigma, Agile, ADKAR, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex business process improvement projects
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization, planning, risk management, etc.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate customers, reach consensus, and foster a culture of inclusion, curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams or dynamic environments
  • Experience in energy industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support multi-disciplinary project teams engaged in complex transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct structured analysis of business processes and systems.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
  • Engage stakeholders, including executives, to understand challenges and communicate insights clearly.
  • Quantify benefits, costs, and resource requirements of improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare materials for cross-functional workshops, conduct data-driven analysis, and engage stakeholders to map current processes, design future state processes, and define key performance indicators
  • Support change management efforts by executing communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable adoption
  • Identify metrics and use data-driven insights to monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions for successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement digital solutions and automation opportunities, including emerging technologies
