About The Position
The MES Associate Business Systems Analysts are individual contributors responsible for supporting business applications including manufacturing systems. The BA will be playing a critical role in developing business requirements, configuring, building, testing, certifying, installing, and maintaining all changes and modifications to the MES application. The BA will work with several functional teams to support the applications and drive improvements projects to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related field
- Zero (0) to one (1) year of experience
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Costumer focus.
- Deliverable focus and detail oriented.
- Availability: 7 days a week/24 hours a day based on a defined rotation schedule.

Responsibilities
- Perform and manage application installation, configuration, testing, debugging and qualification to support the organization's MES and its ancillary systems.
- Write Technical memos, Procedures, Reports, User Manuals, Training Manuals, validation protocols and other required documentation related to MES and other systems.
- Generate Change Management documents, design specifications and any other requirement for Electronic Batch Record qualification.
- Generate Data Change Request or other documentation related to system data modification.
- Provide functional and technical support through phone or via e-mail, which includes working hours outside of the assigned schedule to cover operational needs 7 days a week/24 hours a day based on a defined rotation schedule.
- Evaluate business processes to recommend enhancements to systems or new systems to improve effectiveness or compliance.
- Develop and Maintain Interfaces to ensure proper integration between systems.
- Develop and maintain the corporate knowledgebase for MES and ancillary applications and associated environments.
- Solve Technical problems on systems under area of responsibility and propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
