About The Position

Reporting to the Manager of Business Services, you will turn consumer data and trends into action by empowering functional partners and driving process improvements that enhance our data and consumer experience. You will work across technical teams to translate business needs into actionable deliverables, while contributing to enterprise data and AI initiatives in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Self‑starter who works independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Entry‑level experience with Salesforce, Power Platform, and data applications preferred.
  • Capacity to learn new business processes, trending models, and tools quickly.
  • Entry‑level presentation experience.
  • Thrive in a fun, agile, fast‑paced business environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of modernizing data processes and standards.
  • Assist with gathering and interpreting data using various levels of problem‑solving.
  • Identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions that drive outcomes.
  • Create reporting and metrics; present analysis that drives action and resolution.
  • Work across functions and partner with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Document business processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Document business context and requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams.
  • Automate consumer activities through Salesforce functionality to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple activities while serving as liaison for internal and external partners.
  • Work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
