About The Position

Supports successful collaboration with internal and external customers and/or suppliers to meet business needs within the Business Services function. Responds to information requests and effectively communicates the impact to stakeholders. The responsibilities of this role could span across multiple functions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business related field and/or up to 3 years related business experience required
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Able to work independently under general supervision
Detail oriented
Intellectual curiosity
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Possesses the capacity to apply critical thinking
Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office) including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Domestic and International travel may be required
Ability to work and perform in a fun, agile and fast paced business environment

Responsibilities

Assists with gathering and interpreting data with various levels of problem solving
Ability to identify problems and opportunities, recommending solutions
Create reporting and metrics; provide analysis that drives action/ resolution
Present findings that assist understanding, alignment, and informed decision making.
Assists in the support of problem solving, improving business processes and customer requests
Ability to work across functions and with various levels within the organization
Document business process and recommend process improvements
Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to identify and help resolve issues
Supports work in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously
