About The Position

As an Associate – Business Planning & Analysis supporting the US Surgical Finance organization, you will be a trusted partner across Commercial Programs, Deal Desk, Business Planning & Analysis (BPA), and Strategic Pricing. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the commercial and financial drivers of the Surgical business while developing expertise in financial analysis, pricing, forecasting, and commercial operations. This position is based in Fort Worth, TX.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
0-2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Analytics, Business Planning, Pricing, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting financial modeling, forecasting, reporting, or commercial analytics.
Interest in commercial finance, pricing strategy, deal structuring, and business planning.

Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and drive value for Alcon.
Support pricing governance by reviewing quotes, contracts, and pricing requests for compliance with established guidelines.
Maintain and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models used across the Surgical Finance organization.
Assist with forecasting, planning, and business performance analysis.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Commercial Operations to support commercial initiatives.
Analyze business trends and provide insights on pricing, programs, and financial performance.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and increase efficiency.
Support strategic projects across Commercial Programs, Deal Desk, Business Planning & Analysis, and Strategic Pricing.
