2027 Associate Business Management/Business Management Analyst – Pathways Program – Sunnyvale CA

Entry Level opportunities at Northrop Grumman are unique. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program where there will be three rotation opportunities within Business Management. Each rotation could be in one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Organization.
Requirements
- Completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (for Associate Business Management Analyst).
- Majoring in or having majored in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business adjacent degree (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk management, Global Supply Chain etc.).
- Able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
- Able to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
- Completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution (for Business Management Analyst).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.
Nice To Haves
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
- Prior Business relevant internship or work experience.
- Existing active U.S. Government security clearance.
