About The Position

This role supports Segment reporting and reviews, including Quarterly Priority Pursuit Reviews, business development data quality reports, upcoming proposal analysis, and segment metric reporting. The Associate will analyze and report on the opportunity pipeline and gate reviews, ensuring the Common Capture Process (CCP) is implemented and opportunities are progressing appropriately. They will also work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide orders reports and track against AOP plans, identify business process efficiencies through AI tools, and complete ad-hoc projects and reporting.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.), Business Administration, Management, or related field OR have completed their Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Nice To Haves

• MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint skills
• Some knowledge of MS-Power BI and/or MS-SharePoint
• MS-Power Apps and/or MS-Power Automate skills would be a bonus

Responsibilities

• Support Segment reporting and reviews (e.g., Quarterly Priority Pursuit Reviews, business development data quality reports, upcoming proposal analysis, segment metric reporting, etc.)
• Analyze and report on opportunity pipeline and gate reviews: Track, review, and assess pipeline opportunities to ensure the Common Capture Process (CCP) is implemented and appropriate progress is maintained for each opportunity
• Work with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to provide orders reports and track against AOP plans
• Identify business process efficiencies that can be gained from use of AI tools
• Complete ad-hoc projects and reporting assigned
