Requirements

University Degree (Equivalent to bachelor's degree) in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer, Science, Finance or a related discipline.
Experience in data, and statistical analysis strongly preferred.
Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, data management and data integration skills with an ability to organize, analyze and correlate data information.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non- technical stakeholders across the globe and in a virtual work environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in defining, developing, and deploying data, analytics and reporting products and services that integrate and convey complex data/information and maintains data catalog to provide key data sources to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop Business Intelligence (BI) visualizations and KPIs by configuring BI software and performing data cleansing and mapping from various systems.
Investigate and troubleshoot system and configuration issues impacting data quality and reporting.
Liaise with senior team members, IT and Business Operations on more complex data issues and configuration.
Draft detailed process documentation for data collection, mapping, validation, analysis, and visualization.
Document and deliver end-user training, work instructions and job aides.
