About The Position

We are looking for an Associate, Broking & Placement in our Real Estate division to join our team in our Toronto office! As an Associate, Broking & Placement in our Real Estate division, you will be responsible to provide assistance to the Broking & Placement team with respect to the Residential Program and non-program risks. Requirements

RIBO License required.
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Intermediate or above)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated excellence in time management
Customer focused and sales orientated
Energetic and flexible
Ability to work well independently as well as a part of a team and with others throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing administrative support to the Marketing Team
Assist with weekly and monthly bordereaux
Update internal software system & notify team members of new claims
Responsible for monthly renewal submissions to Markets
Process instructions for Appraisals TIV’s including Underwriter approval
Process instructions for accounting discrepancies & correct billing errors
Forward missing policy documents to Underwriters as required
Authorize miscellaneous endorsements & instructions
Assist in the ongoing organization of marketing data
Follow BFL policies and procedures, including security and quality procedures, as set out currently and as amended from time to time
Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as required.
