This role involves acting as a primary point of contact for clients and serving as a Lead Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for examining website content and e-commerce listings to detect infringing material. A key part of the job includes conducting online research on e-commerce sites and hosting providers to determine the most effective methods for removing infringing content. The analyst will also communicate with these platforms, via phone and email, to initiate takedown procedures. Additionally, the role requires interacting with customers to discuss specific cases, outcomes, and to gather product knowledge. Reviewing enforcement reports with clients, identifying trends, and providing context for any unusual activity (such as an increase in listings on certain sites) are also important duties. The analyst will suggest minor strategic adjustments, like shifting site focus, identifying investigative targets, making evidential purchases, and applying for relevant programs. Scheduling regular customer calls, tracking action items from these meetings, handling current program requirements and questions, and escalating issues to commercial support teams as needed are also part of the responsibilities.
