All B-F Marketers are expected to lead the development of "best in class" brands, marketing programs, and capabilities, while driving the Corporate & USA Marketing strategies. Associate Brand Manager’s role is to support their respected brands and teams in delivering on four key strategic goals: 1) Captivating the Consumer, 2) Leveraging and Strengthening the Portfolio, and 3) Making it Easy to Buy and Sell our Brands. Associate Brand Managers are critical team members, driving the diagnostics, consolidation of data and knowledge across the functional capability areas to enable decision making, and leading the development and implementation of short term tools and platforms.
