About The Position

The Associate Brand Manager position on Graco Baby Wheels will play a key role in delivering annual business objectives while helping shape the future growth of Graco's Wheels portfolio, including strollers, travel systems, wagons, and related mobility products. This role will partner across functions to drive profitable growth through strong business management, consumer and marketplace insights, omnichannel excellence, innovation support, and execution of strategic growth initiatives that strengthen Graco's leadership in the baby gear market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, category management, consumer insights, or related business roles.
Passion for consumer products, innovation, and brand building with a desire to operate as a business owner.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and product commercialization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with consumer, market, retailer, and eCommerce analytics tools is a plus.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Work across key functions including Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, Digital Commerce, Consumer Insights, Legal, and Demand Planning to deliver profitable growth for the Wheels business.
Conduct regular business analysis to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve profitability.
Develop a deep understanding of Graco parents and caregivers, their purchase journey, and key decision-making factors across retail and digital channels.
Leverage eCommerce, retailer, consumer, and market data to improve omnichannel performance and conversion.
Manage the business with a focus on speed, agility, and profitable growth.
Develop an understanding of the key drivers of revenue, gross margin, trade investment, and profitability to support sound business decision making.
Support retailer-specific go-to-market strategies, promotional planning, and merchandising initiatives to drive consumer conversion and category growth.
Influence and coordinate cross-functional teams and projects to deliver business objectives, identify solutions, and drive execution against key priorities.
Support innovation launches and portfolio expansion initiatives across the Wheels category.
Deliver monthly business reviews, performance updates, and actionable recommendations.
Build and manage forecasting models for key product lines.
Partner with demand planning and sales teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management.
Support commercialization of new product launches, including launch planning, retailer readiness, go-to-market execution, and post-launch performance evaluation.
Identify growth opportunities through consumer, marketplace, retailer, and category analytics.
Support development of annual brand, innovation, and business plans for the Wheels portfolio.
Identify whitespace opportunities, emerging consumer needs, and category trends to inform future innovation and growth strategies.
Support development of assortment, portfolio, channel, and retailer-specific strategies that optimize distribution, productivity, and consumer engagement.
Support development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and shopper marketing channels.
Partner with Sales and Customer Planning teams to develop customer presentations and support joint business planning.
Connect multiple data sources including Circana, Numerator, retailer POS, eCommerce analytics, and consumer research to generate actionable insights.
Monitor and analyze brand performance, competitive activity, market trends, and consumer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and innovation initiatives.
Develop an understanding of the key drivers impacting sales, market share, profitability, and consumer engagement.
Identify gaps in marketplace understanding and lead analyses to uncover new opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to Brand Leadership and senior management.
Analyze product productivity, velocity, and distribution trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Monitor competitive products, pricing, innovation, and marketing activity to identify opportunities for share gain.
Evaluate assortment, shelf presence, and digital merchandising opportunities while proactively recommending actions to improve performance.
Support development and execution of merchandising, display, and promotional programs.
Review competitive performance and best practices to drive continuous improvement across the Graco Wheels portfolio.
Develop briefs and content direction for social media, influencer, and digital marketing initiatives.
Partner with internal and agency teams to execute social media, content, and digital marketing plans.
Review campaign and content analytics and optimize future marketing investments based on learnings.
Monitor marketing and trade spending and track performance against budget.
Support consumer research initiatives and incorporate learnings into future product and marketing strategies.
